Complete Backyard Transformation
This stunning project in the prestigious Hillside Estates community features a complete backyard transformation designed and built by our team from the ground up. With over 3,000 square feet of concrete, custom masonry planter walls and retaining walls finished in Santa Barbara smooth stucco, and a luxurious modern pool, every detail was thoughtfully crafted for both beauty and function.
We incorporated MSI porcelain pavers for a clean, elegant finish, integrated a custom fire pit with modern bench seating, and installed a full drainage and irrigation system to ensure long-term durability. Low-voltage landscape lighting was added throughout to enhance the ambiance and highlight the architectural elements at night.
The landscape design features a carefully curated blend of mini olives, full-sized olive trees, fragrant lavender, and classic white iceberg roses — all chosen for their timeless beauty, drought tolerance, and ability to complement the modern hardscape.
