There are many factors that affect pricing i.e. how much square footage is to be poured, finish type, reinforcement preference, thickness, existing grade, elevations and removals, and drainage, just to name a few. Our prices are unique to each construction project based on the many factors recognized above.
Yes, all concrete can crack. Our team takes extensive measures to minimize this, using a carefully developed formula that includes design mix, water content, expansion joints, and reinforcement. While we strive to control cracking, it’s unrealistic and dishonest to guarantee against it, given the material’s nature and our geographical conditions.

Why hardscape is a good investment
Improving the hardscape at your home offers a range of benefits beyond just aesthetics. Here are some compelling reasons for homeowners to invest in hardscape enhancements:
Investment Value
Increase Property Value
Well-designed hardscaping can significantly boost your home’s market value. Features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls add visual appeal and functionality, which can make your property more attractive to potential buyers.
Enhanced Curb Appeal
A well-maintained hardscape improves the overall look of your home, creating a welcoming and polished appearance. This can make a strong first impression and elevate the overall curb appeal.
Improved Drainage
Properly designed hardscape elements can help manage water runoff and reduce erosion. Features like permeable pavers and well-placed retaining walls can direct water away from your home’s foundation, protecting it from water damage.
Extended Living Space
Functional Outdoor Living Space
Hardscaping can transform your outdoor areas into functional living spaces. Features like patios, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens provide areas for entertaining and relaxation, expanding your usable living space.
Customization and Personalization
Hardscaping allows for a high degree of customization. You can choose materials, colors, and designs that reflect your personal style and complement your home’s architecture.
Outdoor Entertainment
Creating designated areas for outdoor activities, such as dining spaces, BBQ areas, and fire pits, can enhance your home’s entertainment options and make your outdoor gatherings more enjoyable.
Low Maintenance
Low Maintenance
Unlike lawns and gardens, hardscapes require minimal upkeep. Materials like pavers, stone, and concrete are durable and often only need occasional cleaning, reducing the need for ongoing maintenance.
Reduced Lawn Area & Water Needs
By incorporating hardscape elements, you can reduce the amount of lawn area, which is particularly beneficial if you live in a region with water restrictions or want to decrease your lawn maintenance.
Durability and Longevity
Hardscape materials are typically durable and long-lasting, making them a wise investment. They can withstand harsh weather conditions and heavy use, ensuring that your outdoor spaces remain functional and attractive for years.
Energy Efficiency
Strategic placement of hardscape elements can help with energy efficiency. For example, shading outdoor areas with pergolas or trellises can reduce heat absorption, keeping your home cooler and potentially lowering air conditioning costs.
Privacy & Safety
Privacy and Boundaries
Features like walls, fences, and screens can create privacy and define outdoor spaces, making your yard a more enjoyable and secluded retreat.
Increased Safety
Properly installed hardscaping can enhance safety around your home. For example, well-lit walkways and non-slip surfaces reduce the risk of accidents, especially in wet or icy conditions.
